Sometimes. If the new opener uses a compatible frequency we will program what you have. Otherwise new remotes and a keypad come with the install and we set them up with you.
For a new opener in California, yes, it is required on residential installs. It also means an outage does not leave you lifting the door by hand.
Partly. A belt drive is much quieter than an old chain, but worn rollers and dry hinges make most of the noise. Our $99 lube and tune addresses those.
